Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. It's impossible to name individuals as every single member of the team were amazingly friendly and courteous - a credit to the Hilton brand. The rooms and breakfast were great - I just didn't want to leave! Perfect!

there are no activities and if it rains you are a sitting duck , with zero things to do . I raised this concern to front deak staff also . Yes you can book a safari to Yala but then you might as well choose to stay in Yala hilton or Jetwing properties

Spacious, large pool, Spa, gym, the staff and service, lots of nice sitting area.

Buffet menu can be changed on different days specifically the salads.Loud repairs outside the spa during sessions was quite disturbing

The walk to the rooms were exceedingly long.

The staff were phenomenal. They remember every little detail, like remembering our room number when we came for breakfast when they have hundreds of guests! Blew us away. The property is gorgeous. Perfect relaxing setting. And the spa treatments I had were phenomenal

High end hotel surrounded by nature, beautiful facilities and amazing room. Staff helped us at all time, and came forward us with rooms booking.Amazing huge swimming pool.

The staff at the property are truly commendable, particularly Amila and Piyum at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The pool was fantastic and added to our overall experience. Additionally, the location by the lake is ideal, providing a beautiful setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Special mention about Charith who patiently addressed all our issues with regards to food.

I found that the value for money at the restaurants could be significantly improved. While the finger food was enjoyable, many other dishes did not meet expectations. Issues such as uncooked items, chewy meat, and inconsistent billing were disappointing, especially given the premium prices charged. I believe that addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

Staff was good but we came from UAE and booked 3 rooms but still extra bed was charged for the giving bedsheets and pillow for the already available sofa cum bed which was not fair ! After request also the staff was adamant and didn’t had anyone to take approval as a good willl gesture

No fans in check-in area neither for guests nor for staff.everyone have to stand in hot weather causing discomfort.

Well planned eco friendly hotel in a fabulous location. Each and everyone of the staff was very helpful and pleasant.Wide variety of tasty food.

Hotel is located in a beautiful location with a great view. Food was delicious with variety of options .Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with cleanliness of our toilet. The toilet seat had old dirty stains which wasn’t pleasant. I contacted the reception to get the housekeeping staff.Staff were there within few minutes and told us they will change the toilet seat.It never happened..Showers didn’t have curtains or cubicles which resulted water to go everywhere including the toilet papers, toilet bowls and bin.That was quite disappointing and wasn’t really a 5 star experience.

Beautiful pool. Amazing views from the pool. Food was some of the best we had in Sri Lanka.

It’s a beautiful property but very overpriced given the lack of competition. Bills were confusing and took us close to an hour to check out thanks to overcharges that had to be reversed.

Email several times to the property to book an extra night days before arrival Reply was not promptly attended to and request was declined eventually. However rooms were available at the time of check in. Requested counter to assist us to book restaurant for dinner outside the hotel but they were not willing to offer help.

The hotel environment was fantastic and the food was quite good.

We were given rooms furthest from the main lobby which was inconvenient. And we have experienced this in other hotels as well where Sri Lankans are always given rooms furthest away.

I booked this hotel as it was between Yala and Udawalaway national park as I initially planned to visit both. I also wanted a resort as there isn’t as much to do in the safari area other than safari and also the start of my Sri Lanka trip was very jam packed and we wanted to relax. I booked full board and the garden room. Which was amazing. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful and the food at each meal was really good. I’m also glad I booked the garden room as we could literally walk out through the back door and the pool was literally just there. The facilities were really good and the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend the this hotel.

It’s beautifully designed. And you can see and hear all the type of birds while swimming in the huge pool

Not well maintained. We had:- a hole in a curtain- broken shower holder- moving floor blocks near the poolThe food in a fine dining restaurant was too heavy for us- we were waiting for a buggy trip but most of the buggies were out of charge at the sunset time- bicycles were out of order due to no air in the wheels and broken
